By creating an account on Territory Run, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Territory Run is a free running game built around territory conquest: your real runs, recorded by GPS, generate influence over hexagons on a map shared by all players and contested by 4 alliances.
Running on public roads involves real risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety while running. Obey traffic rules and signage, do not look at the screen while moving, assess your physical condition (consult a doctor before starting intense activity), and avoid dangerous areas and times of day. The game never requires you to enter any location: missions and territories are always optional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Territory Run is not liable for accidents, injuries or damages occurring during use.
One account per person, with truthful information, and you are responsible for what happens in it. You must be 13 years of age or older. Keep your password confidential.
The following are prohibited: falsifying location (GPS spoofing) or using any automation or tampering to simulate runs; recording motorised travel as a run; exploiting bugs for XP or territory gain; using an offensive or illegal nickname, photo or content, or one that infringes third-party rights; and attacking, harassing or impersonating other players. The system performs automated anti-fraud checks on the server.
Violations may result in content removal, loss of improperly obtained XP or territories, suspension or permanent account ban, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary to protect the game. You may contest any penalty by writing to support@territoryrun.app.
The application, the brand and the game content are protected. You retain the rights to the content you submit (e.g. profile photo) and grant us a licence to display it within the game. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Territory Run is provided “as is” and is under constant development. We may change mechanics (XP, missions, territories), carry out maintenance, or discontinue features. Game balancing does not give rise to any right to compensation or refund.
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, as set out in section 5.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Where you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile are the elected forum for resolving disputes.
These terms were originally written in Brazilian Portuguese and are governed by the laws of Brazil (section 10).
We may make translations of these terms available in other languages as a reading convenience. A translation is not a standalone document and has no independent legal validity. In the event of any divergence, omission, doubt or conflict of interpretation between the Brazilian Portuguese version and any translation, the Brazilian Portuguese version prevails for all purposes.
